Madhurbela Welfare Trust is a Community Based Organization (CBO) working for the betterment of the Transgender (LGBTQIA+) Community as we as for the Street/Slum Children.

ABOUT

  • Everyone knows that transgender are viewed differently in the society. Most transgender do not get family support. Because of which they drop out from education. Education play very vital role in everyone's life hence we took an initiative to educate the children without judging them.
  • This organization will work on the rights of transgender persons as well as for slum/street children. Works on employment, health, education, skills development.

Vision

  • Transgender people struggle a lot to get the proper education due to several reason like stigma, bullying, discrimination hence we took an initiative to educate the children without of judging them.

Mission

  • To provide comprehensive and holistic support through education, health care, skill training and other programs for the welfare of children, women, transgender and other community members of the society aligning with Sustainable Development Goals.

Ram has strong hold in the transgender (LGBTQIA+) community and working for the welfare of the community for past 15 years in Delhi and in near by areas. Community usually face a lot of Discrimination, Bullying, Harassment specially in schooling days at early teen and drop out the education due to all these reasons, Ram decided to take an initiative to help the children providing the free education without of any judgement as education play very vital role in everyone’s life.
